EVENT PHOTOS - Pumpkin Day 25th October 2026

We were so lucky with the weather that there was no need to put up the marquees! Homemade pumpkin soup was served with crusty bread.

Thanks to early planting of pumpkins in the garden we grew 20 pumpkins for carving or making soup. Weather throughout 2026 wasn't brilliant and many pumpkins were too small for carving. Odd shaped pumpkins were used for soup making.

Our dedicated volunteers made homemade pumpkin soup which all went.  Numbers attending:50 Adults 40 Children.

Thanks to those attending we collected £302.30 for garden funds from pumpkin soup, jams & chutney and pumpkin carving (less expenses).
