EVENT PHOTOS - Summer Event 28th June 2026

Our Summer Open Day was another successful event, bringing together volunteers, visitors and supporters for an enjoyable day.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, the event raised £816 to support our work.

Lesley's plant sale was once again a great success, and the wonderful selection of homemade cakes was enjoyed by many visitors. Together they made an excellent contribution to the day's total.

There was a craft activity for children throughout the day kindly arranged by Beryl, the scarecrow making was a hit, thank you Christine and the woodworking group gave a demonstration of their skills.

We were pleased to welcome the Soundwaves Community Choir of Hastings, whose performance was enjoyed by visitors throughout the afternoon.

We also welcomed the Mayor of Hastings Paula Warne, who took the time to visit the event.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, took part, or came along to support the day. Your support helped make the event a success.
